Touch me
Sabine Molenaar / Sandman
What does intimacy do to people? What does it do to your body, to your self-esteem? And what if your own intimacy conflicts with that of others? Dancer/choreographer Sabine Molenaar investigates the different aspects of intimacy in her new production Touch me.
Previously, Sabine was performing in CAMPO with her impressive solo That’s it, in which she created striking images. This time she guides you to a dreamlike universe of a recognizable yet anonymous creature. It seems to be in terms with itself but that is just apparent. In a bizarre sequence of tableaus the creature moves back and forth between loaded slowness and easeful bursts of energy.
