This performance has been cancelled due to the COVID-9, we’ll search for new dates for all cancelled performances in the fall of 2020.
The performers in Every Body Electric don’t see their wheelchairs, prostheses, crutches as obstacles, but as extensions of their bodies. Bodies that have their own dynamics, personal rhytms and carnal pleasures.
By making their movements highly personal, the dancers generate a fuel within themselves; a fuel that gives them loads of energy and completes their physical potential.
The result is a performance with its own poetry, oscillating between gentle and forceful at the same time.
What is being shown is at the same time relentless, inspiring and full of hope. Der Standard
