Poster Party #3 with Anthea Demoen

On display from today in the foyer of CAMPO nieuwpoort: textile work and photo prints by Anthea Demoen. "I look for trends and magnify them. To then confront people. I hold up a mirror to them. Awareness about their choices. We are herd animals, and that's not a bad thing. I explore. Are we really wearing what we want or are we wearing what we think we want to wear, and why just that?"

Her work was also on display at DE BOMA in June 2022, during an end-of-year LUCA School of Arts textile design exhibition. Besides being a textile artist, Anthea is also a musician and will perform at the next Neighbourhood Kitchen.
